About Scott

Scott Turbee is a young but highly experienced chef. Working in restaurants from age 14, he is as passionate about excellent service as he is about food. With two degrees from the Culinary Institute of America, in culinary and in baking and pastry, and a work history that reflects both sides of the kitchen as well as front-of-house, he brings a unique ability to understand and perform nearly any position in his place of employment. His several years’ experience as a tour guide at the CIA coupled with his front-of-house and student trainer experience as an employee at the CIA’s American Bounty Restaurant are indicators of a rare combination of abilities: people-oriented, with attention paid to every detail of food and service.

Scott’s love of fine chocolate has led him to create chocolates filled with wine-based centers for one Napa winery, Ardiri, where they were a big hit. If you have an idea for a chocolate you’d like produced for your special event or business, contact him to see what he might create.
